Requirements:
- CA license
- 1 year experience with IR (can be combined Cath/EP/IR)
- BLS
- ARRT- R
- Fluoro Permit
- CA CRT
- 2 years experience preferred
Other Details:- 1st timers OK
- Preferred xray - phillips C-arm and siemens bi-plane
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Not Required
- Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
